Hi there!

I’m a proud Midwest girl at heart—originally from the charming little town of Absarokee, Montana. After high school, I headed to Fargo, North Dakota, to attend college at NDSU, and to this day, Fargo still holds a special place in my heart… just maybe not during those extra-long winters  

While living there, I met my husband, and together we’ve had quite the adventure. His career has taken us to several incredible places. One favorite was Big Cormorant Lake in Minnesota—lake life was everything! From there, we moved to downtown Minneapolis, living in a renovated warehouse near Target Field, where we embraced the best of city living: walking to restaurants, theaters, parks, and soaking up the vibrant urban energy.

Meanwhile, my parents had relocated to Arizona, and during one visit, we purchased a home in a retirement community as an investment property. That move changed everything. After a few more chilly Minnesota winters and a growing love for the Arizona sunshine, we made the move permanent in 2017, thanks in part to my husband’s amazing employer, Bell Bank.

I’ll admit—I used to think Arizona was “just desert.” I was so wrong. This state is full of beauty, surprises, and a lifestyle that we’ve come to love. Winters are absolutely perfect, and while summers take a bit of planning (and maybe a weekend escape or two), we’ve fully embraced the rhythm of desert living.

 

Meet Murphy

Our family includes Murphy, our 8-year-old Goldendoodle. We were longtime Lab people, so Murphy brought a new level of fun (and sass) into our lives. He’s independent, playful, and completely spoiled—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What I Do

I specialize in second homes and seasonal properties here in Arizona, with a focus on age-restricted communities. Many of my clients come from the Midwest or Pacific Northwest, looking for sunshine, community, and a lifestyle that fits them just right.

Because I live in one of these communities myself, I know firsthand what to look for—seasonal patterns, HOA rules, social opportunities, golf access, and which amenities really make a difference in daily life. I love helping people not just find the perfect home, but the right community for their lifestyle.

 

A Bit About My Background

Before diving into real estate, I worked in the legal field, supporting both civil and criminal litigation. That experience sharpened my skills in handling complex documents and communicating clearly—tools that now serve my clients well when it comes to contracts, negotiations, and navigating the escrow process with confidence.
