I specialize in second homes and seasonal properties in Arizona, with a particular focus on age-restricted, amenity-rich communities.  Many of my clients come from the Midwest and Pacific Northwest and are looking for what I was once looking for myself: a little sunshine, a great community, and a place that feels like home—even if you only live there part of the year.
