From our very first consultation to the moment you sign your closing documents—and every step in between—I’ll be right by your side. I’m here to guide you through the entire journey, including offer negotiations, inspection discussions, working with the title company, and navigating any appraisal issues that may come up. I don’t hand things off or disappear once an offer is accepted. I stay with you through it all, making sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. You can count on me to be fully present, accessible, and committed until the keys are handed over and the deal is officially done.
